Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra at The Royal Albert Hall!

It was a day to remember!
Over thirty children from The Island Free School took part in a massed ensemble performance at the Music For Youth Proms at the Albert Hall in London on Monday 5th November.
This fabulous opportunity for children from all over the South was created by Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra who had commissioned a piece by their resident composer James Redwood. The piece included motifs composed by the children themselves and was performed with a 500+ size orchestra of students from the Isle of Wight and the South of England.
The result was tremendous and an experience that will not be soon forgotten.
